Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for something a little different?

CV Media & Signage delivers high-quality signage solutions for commercial, government and major infrastructure projects across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from concept through to installation, working closely with clients, suppliers, production teams and installers to bring projects to life.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and work on a diverse range of signage projects where no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing signage projects from sales handover through to completionReviewing project scopes, drawings, specifications and client requirementsDeveloping project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achievedCoordinating design, artwork, manufacturing and installation activitiesLiaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholdersManaging project budgets, variations and commercial outcomesAttending client meetings and site visits as requiredIdentifying and mitigating project risksMaintaining project documentation and reportingEnsuring projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard

About You

Previous experience in project management within signage, shopfitting, construction, manufacturing or a related industryStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCommercially minded with experience managing budgets and project timelinesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to read and interpret drawings and project documentationSolutions-focused with strong attention to detailCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceConstruction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
