Nursery Production & Dispatch Workers

Paradisia Nurseries is one of Australia's leading wholesale nurseries, based in Narre Warren North. We grow and supply an extensive range of quality plants to retailers across the country, from cacti and succulents to indoor plants, bonsai, orchids, carnivorous plants and many other specialty varieties.

We are looking for reliable, self-motivated team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and work well as part of a team.

Available Positions

Dispatch

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Cleaning, labelling and preparing plant stock

• Preparing and processing orders for dispatch and delivery

Greenlife Production

• Potting, propagating and transplanting plants

• Moving, maintaining and caring for nursery stock

• Watering, weeding and preparing plants for sale

About You

You will:

• Be physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods

• Be able to lift, carry, push, pull and bend comfortably throughout the day

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Be able to work efficiently at a consistent pace, both independently and within a team

• Enjoy hands-on, repetitive work

Previous experience in a wholesale nursery, horticulture or a production/process environment would be an advantage, although it is not essential. Full on-the-job training will be provided for the right applicants.

An interest in plants or horticulture would also be highly regarded.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
