About the role
Professional Organiser – Flexible Part-Time Hours
Serenity Organising – Canberra, ACT
Serenity Organising is looking for a friendly, compassionate and reliable person to join our small team as a Professional Organiser.
The role will initially be approximately 6-8 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as you become confident working independently with clients.
This could suit someone looking for flexible weekday work who would also be interested in gradually increasing their hours over time.
You’ll work in clients’ homes across Canberra, helping people sort, declutter and organise their belongings and create calmer, more functional spaces.
Our clients may be feeling overwhelmed by clutter or going through challenging circumstances, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely kind, patient, empathic and non-judgmental, with a good understanding of how to communicate sensitively with people.
About the role
You’ll be helping clients with tasks such as:
Initially, you’ll work alongside an experienced organiser while you learn our approach. As you build confidence and demonstrate that you can manage sessions independently, you’ll have opportunities to take on additional client hours.
