As we continue to support our operational workforce requirements, we are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in our Eagle Farm office.

About the Role

In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of blue-collar positions supporting our Australian operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and onboarding skilled candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, trades and operational roles
• Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future workforce needs
• Coordinating pre-employment checks, medicals and onboarding activities
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience recruiting blue-collar, mining, construction, trades or industrial positions
• Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume environment
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment
• Experience working with recruitment systems and job boards
• The ability to commence immediately or within a short notice period
