Embrace Community Care is inviting applications from existing employees for the position of Compliance & Learning Coordinator.
This opportunity is being advertised internally to support career progression and professional development. The role will also work closely with the Operations Team to assist with reportable incidents and incident investigations, supporting appropriate documentation, follow-up and compliance requirements.
Position: Compliance & Learning Coordinator
Employment: Full-Time
Classification: Level 3, Pay Point 1
Reports to: System Education Manager (SEM)
Location: Head Office and service locations, with travel as required
Key Responsibilities
The Role Will Assist With:
Assisting the Operations Team with reportable incidents and incident investigations.Maintaining compliance registers and following up outstanding actions.Supporting RPA applications, reviews and panel processes.Assisting with induction and refresher training.Supporting internal and external compliance audits.Coordinating corrective actions and compliance meetings.Responding to compliance-related requests and inquiries.Participating in interview panels when required.Supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.
About You
Applicants should demonstrate:
Strong organisational and administrative skills.Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.Good written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge or experience in compliance, quality, disability, community services or a related area.Understanding of NDIS requirements will be highly regarded.Ability to use Microsoft 365 and shared document systems.Current relevant screening checks, driver licence, First Aid and CPR.
