Warehouse Storeperson | Forklift & Dispatch

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at the Port of Brisbane.

Working with heavy industrial and mining-related parts, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders safely and accurately. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep stock organised, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure customer orders are delivered on time.

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift

• Receive, count, and inspect incoming goods

• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation

• Label and safely store products

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch

• Complete shipping and transport documentation

• Coordinate collections with transport providers

• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

• Enter receiving, dispatch, and inventory information into warehouse systems

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised warehouse environment

• Current Australian Forklift Licence

• Previous experience in a heavy-parts, industrial, mining, manufacturing, logistics, or similar warehouse environment

• Experience across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control

• Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems

• Good attention to detail when checking stock and documentation

• A reliable, safety-focused approach to work

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements, or willingness to complete the required training

Experience using Epicor or another ERP system, and a warehousing or logistics qualification, will be highly regarded but is not essential.
