Junior Sales Representative

The Opportunity: 

This is a hands-on entry-level role for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales. 

You’ll spend your first few months learning the warehouse, products and day-to-day branch operations before moving onto the counter as you build confidence in the role. 

Over time, there is genuine opportunity to move into external sales and manage your own customer relationships out on the road. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Warehouse Operations: Assist with picking, packing and preparing customer orders 
• Counter Sales: Serve customers at the trade counter and over the phone 
• Customer Enquiries: Assist electrical contractors with product enquiries, pricing and order processing  
• Sales Support: Prepare quotes, process orders and follow-up to help convert opportunities into sales  

About You: 

You don’t need industry experience, but you do need a good attitude, strong people skills and the motivation to learn. 
 
We’re looking for: 

• Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar) 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Motivation, curiosity and a genuine interest in sales 
• A willingness to learn the business from the ground up 
• A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
