About this exciting opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to join our team on a temporary 3-month contract for an immediate start. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering accurate and timely financial services.
You will play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial operations through the effective administration of accounts payable functions, supplier payments, reconciliations, banking transactions, financial reporting, and record management. You can expect to be responsible for:
About you
We are seeking an individual who thrives in a high-volume environment. You will be an experienced financial professional with a background in accounts payable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and banking transactions, and have a minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience. You will have strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
You are confident using financial systems and applications, with experience in TechnologyOne, Expense8, EzeScan, CTM, or similar systems would be highly advantageous. A collaborative team player, you build positive working relationships and contribute to delivering high-quality financial services.
