The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Intermediate to Senior Accountant to join our team. This role offers strong exposure to advisory work and the opportunity to work closely with the Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BAS/IAS, financial statements, and income tax returns

• Assist with business advisory, budgeting, and financial modelling

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and operations

• Coordinate work between local and overseas teams

• Identify issues proactively and provide practical solutions

• Support various compliance and advisory engagements

About You

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an Australian public practice

• Strong understanding of Australian tax and accounting fundamentals

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small firm environment

• Mandarin speaking is highly regarded

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation tools) as part of daily work is preferred

• Candidates should have a long-term intention to live and work in Australia, and must hold a valid work visa or have Australian work rights
