The Opportunity At Randstad, we are partnering with a global leader in vertical transportation and smart building solutions to source a dedicated Service Administrator and Repairs Coordinator in the ACT.

In this dual focus role, you will be the central operational link between field technicians, service managers, sub contractors, and clients. You will ensure maintenance schedules run seamlessly and chargeable repair projects are delivered efficiently from initial quote to final invoice.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technician & Repair Scheduling: Dispatching field technicians and sub contractors to carry out scheduled maintenance, emergency call outs, and defect repairs.

• Parts & Purchase Logistics: Ordering essential spare parts, tracking deliveries, and coordinating logistics to minimise service downtime.

• Contract & Billing Review: Assessing service contracts to confirm chargeable repairs, generating accurate client quotes, and following up on completed job invoicing.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing status updates, and resolving booking queries prompt.

• Data & System Maintenance: Updating field management systems, logging jobs, and tracking progress metrics to maintain data integrity.

What We Are Looking For

• Administration Background: Proven experience in service coordination, logistics planning, or high volume operations support.

• Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar maintenance planning tools alongside Microsoft Office.

• Organisational Excellence: Outstanding multi tasking abilities with the skill to manage shifting priorities in a fast paced setting.

• Clear Communication: Highly developed written and verbal skills to liaise effectively across technical teams and external clients.

• Work Rights: Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with the ability to work full time in Canberra.
