About the role
The Coordinator of the IBDP Core is an important leadership role in the School, providing pedagogical and curriculum leadership within the Senior School, building capacity in teachers in relation to their connection to the Core and ensuring IB students’ successful engagement with the Core of the Diploma Programme.
About the Role
In 2027, the Coordinator of the IBDP Core will lead development and enhancement of students’ understanding and critical thinking skills in Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and assist students to engage in innovative research during their final years of secondary schooling through their work on the Extended Essay (EE). From 2028 the Coordinator the IBDP Core will include the development of understanding of Creativity-Activity-Service (CAS).
