• Red Dog on the Green at Figtree

• Collegians Illawarra Leagues Club

We have a range of exciting opportunities, with positions available for Chefs, Cooks, Apprentices and Kitchen Hands.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic and service-focused people who take pride in what they do. Most importantly, food and cooking should be your passion!

Responsibilities will vary by role, but all successful candidates will be expected to:

• Prepare and present food to a high standard, following recipes and food safety requirements.

• Contribute to menu development, ordering and stock control.

• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen.

• Deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Follow all WH&S policies and procedures and undertake reasonable duties as required.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are passionate about food and cooking.

• Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Can work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

• Are reliable, well-presented and maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

• Are flexible and available to work weekends, split shifts and irregular hours.

• Are comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting heavier items.
