Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual Sales Assistant – Sydney & Melbourne

Freya Pearls is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our Sydney and Melbourne stores across Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual positions.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a genuine interest in jewellery and take pride in creating a thoughtful and welcoming in-store experience.

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide warm, attentive service

• Support day-to-day sales and transactions

• Build product knowledge across our pearl jewellery collections

• Help maintain a polished and well-presented store

• Assist with stock organisation and general store operations

• Work closely with the wider store team to deliver a consistent customer experience

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous jewellery, premium retail or customer-facing experience

• Has strong communication and customer service skills

• Is confident, approachable and comfortable assisting with sales

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Is patient, reliable, responsible and hands-on

• Can work independently when required

• Is organised and comfortable assisting with stock and general store duties

Previous jewellery or premium retail experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
