Casual Sales Assistant - Parramatta

We are looking for passionate and positive team members to join our retail team and bring the Commonry experience to life as we continue to expand our presence across Myer nationally.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED TO:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine and meaningful interactions
• Build strong relationships with customers and create repeat business through personalised styling and service
• Apply effective selling techniques while representing the Commonry brand values
• Maintain high standards of stock management, administration and store presentation
• Support the delivery of VM standards and ensure the store reflects the Commonry aesthetic
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and inspiring shopping environment

THE PERFECT FIT:

• Previous fashion retail experience with a passion for customer service and styling
• A genuine belief that fashion should be inclusive and accessible for everyone
• Confident building relationships with a diverse range of customers
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Well-presented with a strong eye for style and detail
