Casual MR Truck Driver / Delivery Driver

We are looking for a reliable and professional MR Truck Driver to join our team.

This is a casual position involving the delivery of lubricants and oil products to our customers, as well as carrying out onsite oil pump-ins at customer locations.

Hours

• First 10 weeks: Approximately 32–40 hours per week
• After 10 weeks: Approximately 24 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Operating hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm
• No regular weekend work

The role would suit someone looking for consistent casual work who is comfortable with a combination of driving, deliveries and hands-on work at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering lubricants and oil products to customers
• Loading and unloading the truck
• Completing onsite oil pump-ins at customer locations
• Ensuring products are delivered safely and accurately
• Completing delivery paperwork and obtaining customer signatures where required
• Carrying out basic pre-start checks and keeping the truck clean and presentable
• Following company and customer site safety procedures
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Communicating with the warehouse and operations team regarding deliveries and any issues encountered on the road

What We're Looking For

• Current MR licence or higher
• Good driving record
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable performing physical work including handling drums, containers and delivery equipment
• Confident working independently while out on deliveries
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong focus on safety
• Ability to follow delivery schedules and instructions
• Experience with oil, lubricants, pump equipment or similar products would be an advantage, but is not essential

Training will be provided for our products, delivery procedures and onsite oil pump-in process.

About the Role

You will be an important point of contact between our business and our customers. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, looks after their vehicle and equipment, and can represent the business professionally when attending customer sites.

This position initially offers 32–40 hours per week for approximately 10 weeks, before moving to an ongoing requirement of approximately 24 hours per week.
