What You’ll Be Doing

This is a dynamic, dual role where you’ll have the opportunity to be hands-on in both patient care and front desk operations.

Clinical (Dental Assistant) Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized
• Take X-rays (if certified) and update patient records
• Support infection control and ensure a clean, safe environment
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointments

Administrative (Receptionist) Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
• Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient files, insurance claims, and payments
• Help coordinate daily office flow and maintain a smooth schedule

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Dental Assistant Certification (Level I or II) preferred But not Essential for right Candidate.
• Previous dental office experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Comfortable using dental software (we can train)
• A true team player who enjoys helping others
