We are seeking an experienced, motivated and hands-on Area Manager to join our growing commercial cleaning company.

This is a key operational role responsible for overseeing multiple commercial cleaning sites, supporting and leading cleaning teams, maintaining high service standards and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning sites

• Lead, supervise, support and motivate cleaning teams

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits

• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships

• Manage staffing, schedules, rostering and day-to-day operational requirements

• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve operational issues

• Ensure company quality, safety and service standards are consistently maintained

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management or a similar multi-site management role

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• The ability to manage multiple sites, staff and competing priorities

• A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent service

• Willing to be a hands-on trainer

• A current Australian driver's licence
