About the role

Mothercraft Childcare is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Lead Educators and Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our dedicated team. We are looking for educators who are warm, engaging, and committed to creating nurturing learning environments where children can thrive and feel safe.

Key responsibilities

• Create nurturing learning environments where children can thrive and feel safe

• Support and lead other educators

• Mentor and support team members

• Work collaboratively within the team environment

• Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

About you

• Hold, or be actively studying towards, a Diploma, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved qualification

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Hold a current Paid Blue Card

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Be committed to ongoing professional growth and learning

• Enjoy working collaboratively within an established and supportive team environment

• A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is preferred but not essential

Mothercraft Childcare is a well-established, community-focused centre with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care. Our experienced team includes many long-standing educators who bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and support to our learning environment. We are a parent-run Committee Childcare Centre and not-for-profit organisation operating hours 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
