As a Lead Educator you will lead, coach and supervise your team through modelling collaborative learning and ensuring the environment and teaching approaches are designed to enhance children’s learning.
Provide children with a safe, secure and inclusive play space

Observe, record and share with families in their children’s learning and development
Supported and mentored by an experienced Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader
About You
QLD Blue Card or ability to obtain
Police Check or ability to obtain
Working rights in Australia
ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly desirable
Minimum Certificate 3 and working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher required
Over 12 months experience working with children in an Education and Care setting is highly desirable
An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain
Ability to navigate software programs such as Microsoft 365, OWNA and willingness to learn other platforms as needed
Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers
Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable
