About The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Care team in Dandenong South, helping us to create great customer experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities Include

Providing a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claimsConfidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaintsLearning a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified fieldUsing your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
