About the Role:
This role sits within our Amenity Protection team and plays a key role in leading Council's Construction Management Plan assessment function, ensuring construction activities are managed through a consistent, transparent and risk-based assessment framework.
As the Construction Management Plan Assessment Lead, you will establish, implement and enhance the frameworks, processes, standards and governance arrangements that support consistent, transparent and risk-based CMP assessment outcomes across Council. Acting as Council's specialist advisor on construction management matters, you will assess and endorse Construction Management Plans, provide expert guidance on complex issues, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve compliant and practical outcomes.
