BDM/Property Manager

Harcourts Premium Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to deliver outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected brand, work with a supportive leadership team, and play a key role in creating and expanding our Property Management division.

About the Role:
This position combines business development with hands-on property management. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, securing new managements, and ensuring our clients receive industry-leading service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding of new landlords and properties

• Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants, ensuring strong retention

• Conduct rental appraisals and prepare proposals

• Oversee routine property management duties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and lease renewals

• Ensure compliance with legislation and Harcourts processes

• Build strong relationships with referral partners and the local community

• Represent the Harcourts brand with professionalism and integrity

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years experience in property management and/or business development within real estate

• A proactive, energetic and relationship-driven approach

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Current Property Management Licence (SA)

• Confidence in using real estate software

• A passion for growth, service and building long-term relationships
