Implementation Solutions Consultant

Xeople is a scaling SaaS business helping workforce and recruitment businesses run better - through our Entire OnHire (EoH) and Xeople XR platforms. As we grow, we're looking for an Implementation Solutions Consultant to join our Implementation team, working closely with our Implementation Lead to get new clients live, keep existing clients thriving, and set the standard for how Xeople implements.ABOUT THE ROLEBased at our Seaford head office on the Mornington Peninsular, you'll own onboarding for new clients, scope requirements, install and update features for existing clients, run system audits, deliver training, and keep our process documentation sharp. It's a hands-on, varied role for someone who wants to build genuine breadth across the implementation lifecycle – with a clear path to grow into a senior implementation career as Xeople scales.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients across Recruitment, Operations, Finance, EoH and XR• Run requirements scoping sessions and translate them into practical system configuration• Deliver feature installs, system updates and client system audits• Design and deliver system training that clients actually get value from• Keep our process documentation current, clear and genuinely useful• Work closely with, and take direction from, our Implementation LeadWHAT YOU'LL BRING• 2+ years' experience in software implementation, client onboarding or solutions consulting (SaaS strongly preferred)• Experience with system configuration, testing and client training in a software environment• Workforce management, recruitment, or HR/payroll tech background highly regarded• Strong requirements-gathering skills – able to translate client needs into clear, practical system configuration• Confident, personable communicator, comfortable running training and workshops with a range of stakeholders• Process-driven with excellent documentation skills (SOPs, training guides, audit reports)• Able to manage multiple concurrent client onboardings and competing deadlinesWHY XEOPLE• A genuine growth path – this role is built as a launchpad into senior implementation and solutions consulting• Broad, varied exposure across onboarding, professional services and training – not a narrow, single-track role• A scaling SaaS business with real momentum, based at our Seaford head officeHOW TO APPLYIf this sounds like your next move, we'd love to hear from you.
