Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor  to join our team and lead our high achieving team of housekeeping professionals!!!

Duties:

• Lead the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team.

• Lead , motivate, train and develop all Housekeeping team members

• Uphold Pegasus Customer & Service standards to give the guest the best experience possible

• Organise and allocate rooms for rostered team members on shift

• Ensure appropriate chemical safety and OH&S standards are practiced and maintained to the highest standard.

• Lead by example by assisting with room cleaning duties when required.

• Willingness to support the team with room servicing duties on a regular basis when operationally required.

Skills and experience

• Previous Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel is preferred

• Housekeeping Supervisor looking to step up to Assistant Manager.

• Exceptional attention to detail and high cleaning standards

• Reliable and flexible

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality 

• A leader and a team player who is hands on to support their team.
