About Us:Join a dynamic team at the forefront of event management and client relations. We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Event and Account Coordinator. If you're passionate about creating memorable experiences and building lasting relationships, this is the role for you.
Position Overview:As the Event and Account Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing fundraising services at events and nurturing client connections. You'll oversee all aspects of event fundraising operations and client engagement, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Utilize Salesforce to maintain existing client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.Prospecting: Employ innovative strategies to prospect for new clients, leveraging various tools and platforms.Face-to-Face Meetings: Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss services, items, and sponsorship opportunities.Event Operations: Coordinate auction displays, interact with event guests, and ensure smooth payment processing for sold items.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and client interactions for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Proven ability to manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Flexibility to work outside standard office hours and travel interstate as needed. Our events often fall on weekends, so weekend work is required.Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.Full Australian Drivers licence is a must-have, loading items to and from events.Previous experience in sales, events, or fundraising is advantageous.
