Customer Service and Retail Store Associate

About the role

As a Customer Service and Retail Store Associate, you will be at the forefront of our business, interacting with customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience. We all assist each other to fulfill all the roles needed to keep this company going. From answering calls, being on the tills, cleaning and stocking shelves to doing deliveries - we all work together to get the job done.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere

• Listen to and understand any customer inquiries and action any questions or queries, offer appropriate solutions or product recommendations

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

• Maintain and clean and organised store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandising products

• Have a problem-solving mindset

• Assist customers with fun activities like pick-and-mix choices, creating cotton candy etc.

• Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals

About you

• 15 years old or older .. we are looking for Juniors and Adults

• Excellent communication skills

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others

• Have strong availability throughout the week

• Flexibility to work evening, weekends and holidays as needed

• Previous management skills and experience are a bonus
