About the College
Darul Ulum College of Victoria is an independent Islamic school in Fawkner, providing Foundation to Year 12 education within a values‑based Islamic environment that nurtures moral character, respect and responsible citizenship.

We are seeking creative, highly motivated teachers with a proactive “can‑do” attitude who are committed to upholding and modelling the religious ethos of the College.
We invite expressions of interest from qualified, VIT‑registered teachers for potential commencement in 2027 in the following subject areas:
Secondary English Teacher
Secondary Humanities Teacher
Secondary Maths Teacher
Secondary Science Teacher
Arabic (Languages) Teacher
Islamic Studies Teacher
About the Role
Plan, deliver and evaluate high‑impact learning programs in secondary levels, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs and abilities.
Use evidence‑based teaching strategies, monitor student progress, and adjust programs to maximise growth and attainment.
Contribute to co‑curricular activities, house programs and school events as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and review curriculum, assessment and reporting practices.
Essential requirements
Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) and relevant tertiary teaching qualifications.
Demonstrated experience teaching at secondary year levels (preferred), with strong content knowledge in your subject area(s).
Proven ability to design and implement effective teaching and learning programs, assess student learning, and use data to inform practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build collaborative relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues.
Commitment to child safety, positive behaviour support, and the Islamic ethos of the College.
