When medical, physio and other healthcare clinic owners need to sell their clinics, our expert team prepares the purchase price estimate, sales prospectus, marketing approach and buyer negotiations to assist clinic owners in selling their businesses.

This 10hr/wk part-time, job share role is 100% Work From Home.

**Requires 2hrs daily Mon-Fri (set hours around MIDDAY). Immediate start available**

Our nation-wide clients require an experienced Finance Appraisals Admin to join our Valuations team. Together and following company processes, you will administer the financial document requests to an owner for their clinic's good will valuation. This role onboards, requests, collates and securely stores financial documents and data for the analysis team to examine, but will not involve the analysis itself.

You will assist the analysts and also ensure key admin milestones are met, acting as a critical support person to assist with day-to-day finance admin tasks right through to coordinating appraisal meetings.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our small team with this exciting opportunity for a part-time finance appraisal admin. Due to the flexibility of the role the person can be based anywhere in Australia.

This Finance Admin role will have the following key responsibilities:

• Onboard new registrations

• Job-sharing with another finance admin colleague

• Use company systems and steps to effectively IDENTIFY business structures for a client appraisal

• Request financial reports, payroll and revenue reports from clients for their tailored appraisal

• Liaise succinctly and EFFECTIVELY with multiple stakeholders regarding requested financial data and reports, with strong management of client expectations on service timeframes

• Follow company compliance procedures for OneDrive/Excel to efficiently and accurately record and track several and varied financial documents requested for each client in an acceptable time frame

• Effective COLLATION of financial documents in order to pass onto the analysis team

• Handling sensitive financial documents to catalogue and store client data securely and safely

• Assisting the analysts with day-to-day finance admin support

• Answer finance admin and phone enquiries for the finance appraisal team

• Some word processing tasks involving converting documents into PDFs

• Some minor appointment setting for client meetings

• Work closely with the other 3 teams to provide responsive support

• Liaise with clients and the other 3 teams to list clinics for sale

Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:

• MANDATORY: You love financial numbers! And financial documents is your thing

• MANDATORY: Instantly recognise and strong familiarity with the above financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements

• Have a very keen eye for financial detail and be analytically minded

• You have a can-do attitude, show initiative to complete tasks and are keen to learn a niche space

• You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can easily cope with this

• You will be a positive team member who helps build a positive workplace culture, presents themself in a professional manner and yet works well autonomously

• You will be resilient with a strong work ethic and mentally adaptable and coachable in learning financial data collation in a niche financial space

• Proficiency in OneDrive, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat in enterprise settings (esp data migration)

• Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally

• Clear and effective communicator of service timeframes and results with clients and staff

• Strong customer service skills, including dealing with emotive clients

• Strict compliance with Privacy and Confidentiality best practices for sensitive financial data

• Strong, reliable internet for online technology tools & daily use of Teams

• Home office setup, incl monitor/webcam/speakers and separate keyboard for provided work desktop
