Administration Officer

Service Stream's TechSafe division is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Tasmania team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide administrative support across TechSafe contracts and help ensure the efficient coordination of field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch work to field technicians, including reallocating and redistributing tasks as required

• Provide support for inbound customer calls and enquiries

• Monitor and manage work activities against predetermined KPIs

• Liaise with and provide administrative support to field-based employees

• Allocate ad hoc jobs, including faults, service requests, and appointments

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Assist with billing, invoicing, and related administrative processes

• Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain database records

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and clients

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in an office-based administrative role

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
