Illawarra Signs & Line Marking has been making its mark across NSW since 1996. Builders, councils, property managers and big names like BlueScope and NSW Health trust us with their signage. We run our own shop, our own crew, and we do the work properly — no shortcuts, no "she'll be right".

This isn't a trainee role. We want someone who already knows signage and can take a job from artwork through production to installation without hand-holding.

We're growing, and we want to do the lot — every type of sign, done better than anyone in the Illawarra. You'll lead signs production, with a 2IC on the tools backing you up — you're the driver, not the whole engine.

What you'll own

• Design print-ready artwork from briefs, quotes, and half a logo off a phone

• The full range — printed signage and panels, cut vinyl, large-format digital, car decals

• Run the print, cut and fabrication gear like it's yours

• Head to site to fit signs and lay decals clean — no bubbles, no lifting

• QC every job before it leaves the shop — your name's on it

• Lead a 2IC on the tools and help grow what we offer

How you'll know you're winning

• Jobs go out on time, on spec, first time

• Reprints and rework are rare enough that people notice

• Clients come back because the work's right and reliable

• We can take on more because you're running the shop

What you bring

• Real signage design and manufacturing experience — you can run the shop from day one

• Adobe Illustrator — fast and confident

• RIP / print software (Onyx, Flexi, Caldera or similar)

• Clean vehicle decal / vinyl application

• Driver's licence and white card (or get one before you start)

• A folio — show us the stuff you're proud of

No cert? We back skills over paper. Show us what you can make.
