JTA’s Graduate Program is designed for STEM graduates who want hands-on experience, structured development, mentorship and a long-term career pathway in Occupational Hygiene, Workplace Health & Safety and Environmental Consulting.

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants across construction, manufacturing and industrial sites, helping businesses identify and control workplace health risks, including noise, dust, hazardous substances and airborne contaminants.

At JTA, we DETECT risks and help clients PROTECT their people.

What you’ll gain experience in:

No industry experience? That’s okay.

We’re looking for motivated graduates with the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training, mentoring and real-world exposure to help you develop into a professional consultant.
