Cosmetic Injector – (Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Doctor)

$40–$60 per hour + Super + Incentives, depending on qualifications and experience

Lumea Laser & Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Doctor to join our growing cosmetic clinic.

The successful applicant will provide safe, ethical and personalised cosmetic treatments while delivering excellent client care and natural-looking results.

Additional hours may become available as the clinic grows.

Responsibilities will depend on your qualifications and scope of practice and may include:

• Conducting client consultations and suitability assessments.

• Developing personalised treatment plans.

• Performing cosmetic injectable treatments.

• Prescribing treatments where legally authorised.

• Working with an authorised prescriber where required.

• Explaining treatment risks, outcomes and aftercare.

• Obtaining informed consent.

• Identifying contraindications and managing or escalating complications.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records.

• Following infection-control, hygiene and safety requirements.

• Building strong and professional client relationships.

• $40–$60 per hour + Super + Incentives.

• Current AHPRA registration as a:

  • Registered Nurse;

  • Nurse Practitioner; or

  • Medical Practitioner.

• Relevant cosmetic injecting qualifications and training.

• At least 18 months’ cosmetic injecting experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, contraindications and complication management.

• Excellent consultation and communication skills.

• Strong commitment to client safety, ethics and professional care.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a cosmetic, skin or laser clinic, current CPR training and an existing client base will be highly regarded.

Contractors must have, or be willing to obtain, an ABN and appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
