Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Health Center Manager to join our team at Culligan Water.inen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our health center, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This is a full-time, salaried position with potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the health center including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service

- Oversee a team of health center staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and operational efficiency

- Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide exceptional service

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

- Create and maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the health center

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

- Any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in health center or facility management

- Strong leadership skills with proven success in managing teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems

- Knowledge of health codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
