About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect furniture for their homes while delivering a high-quality retail experience. You’ll work closely with management and the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain an inviting showroom, and represent our brand with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities:

·       Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor

·       Provide knowledgeable advice on products, materials, and pricing

·       Process customer sales and manage order enquiries

·       Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards

·       Assist with stock management and product displays

·       Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals

About You

·       Previous experience in retail sales

·       Strong communication and customer service skills

·       A positive, energetic, and professional attitude

·       Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven

·       Available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
