We are growing! We’re currently looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our existing L’Oreal Inbound team! Qualified Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists and Beauty Professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice supporting L’Oréal customers across a range of enquiries. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, primarily through inbound phone calls, as well as email correspondence and live chat
• Representing a global cosmetics brand with professionalism, warmth and care
• Helping customers feel heard, supported and confident with the information they receive
• Be responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout
• Keeping up to date with beauty, haircare, skincare and social trends

 About you:

We’re looking for people who are passionate about beauty, customer experience and creating positive moments for customer

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in the beauty industry
• Previous experience in retail and/or call centre environment (highly regarded)
• Passion for beauty, haircare, skincare, cosmetics, and emerging industry trends
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirable
• Proficiency in social media and online platforms
• Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player
• Availability to work a combination of weekdays and weekends.
