About the RoleGPK Group is seeking a full-time Level 2 Service Desk Engineer to join our Wangara, WA office! You'll be part of a smaller, close-knit team, playing a hands-on role across our end-to-end Service Desk and some onsite desktop-related work, designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.
DutiesDrive client projects while designing, building, testing, and implementing ICT systems and solutions.Document the scope of work and create accurate records for GPK and the client.Provide network and hardware management for our clients during business hours and available after-hours.Deliver technical support, advice, coaching, mentoring, and training across a range of technologies.Collaborate with our client base and establish strong, positive relationships.
Skills & ExperienceExperience in an MSP environment highly regarded, with time spent at Level 1 and 2.Experience with IT systems including firewalls, Microsoft platforms, ConnectWise/IT Glue, and virtual environments.Qualification in related IT along with experience managing complex multisite clients.Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to find long-term solutions.
