R8D Industries is looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters with strong piping experience to join our team on a 2 /1 roster, DIDO in Central Queensland with work available for the next three months and opportunities to continue across our shutdowns, maintenance and project crews.

We're seeking Mechanical Fitters with solid piping experience for immediate mobilisation on a 2/1 roster.

Following this project, you'll have the opportunity to continue working across our growing portfolio of shutdowns, breakdowns and maintenance work throughout Queensland.

• Installation, assembly, maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment

• Mechanical piping installation and maintenance

• Routine preventative maintenance and servicing

• Diagnosing mechanical faults and identifying root causes

• Working safely within mining and industrial environments

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and housekeeping

• $65–$70 per hour, depending on experience

• Super paid on all hours worked

• Consistent ongoing work for quality tradespeople

• Weekly pay—correct and on time, every time

✔ Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
✔ Strong piping experience
✔ Current Driver's Licence
✔ Relevant High Risk Work Licence (where applicable)
✔ Standard 11
✔ Current Coal Board Medical
✔ Construction White Card
✔ Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry and Gas Test Atmospheres (or willingness to obtain)

Additional site inductions and tickets will be highly regarded.
