Plastic Nurse Consultant

MOR. Healthcare is currently seeking a Plastics Nurse Consultant to work within a leading private hospital in Melbourne.

Role:                    Plastics Nurse Consultant (Full-time or part-time)

Location:             South eastern suburbs of Melbourne, VIC

Salary:                  Competitive salary

We are currently seeking a Plastics Nurse Consultant to provide superior standards of care and effective treatment within plastics. You'll be required to ensure that  nurses and its processes offer the best possible care to patients. You will also be required to support education and clinical training.

The successful candidate will have come from a learning and education role and have extensive experience within Plastics.  You will promote a learning environment that is centred on evidence-based nursing practice and supports a culture of learning and skills attainment in an endeavour to provide the highest possible standard of patient care.

Candidate specification:

• AHPRA registered – Division 1
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Plastics care
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Relevant recent clinical or education post registration qualifications or such education and clinical experience deemed appropriate
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
