Our client is a nationally recognised logistics and warehousing company currently seeking an experienced Inbound Warehouse Team Leader to join their growing operation in Derrimut.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can lead from the front, manage daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Times

Rotating shifts across:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm

• 8:00am – 4:00pm

Flexibility to work overtime when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff across daily inbound operations

• Coordinate workflow to meet operational deadlines and KPIs

• Ensure safe loading, unloading and stock handling practices

• Support team performance, productivity and workplace culture

• Assist with onboarding and training of warehouse staff

• Communicate effectively with management and operations teams

• Maintain strong workplace health & safety standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Team Leader or Leading Hand within warehousing/logistics

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

• LO Licence highly regarded but not essential

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable attitude with flexibility to work overtime when required
