Essential Criteria

We are only accepting applications from candidates who meet the following:

• Prefer a minimum 12 months skip truck or waste industry experience

• Current HR or MR licence (HR preferred) with a clean driving record

• Proven ability to safely operate skip bin trucks and follow ZERO HARM safety protocols

• Availability Monday–Saturday, 6:30am–4:00pm (flexible hours available)

• Punctuality is essential - must consistently meet delivery windows

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced depot

• Clear communication skills for customer and dispatch interaction

• Reliable transport to and from work

• Willingness to complete on-the-job training and assessment

• Appropriate PPE including steel-capped boots

• Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily pre-start/post-trip checks

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

• Commitment to all road rules, safety regulations and company policies
