Delivery Driver

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused individual to join our Pressure Care team as a Delivery & Installer.

Based out of our Eastern Creek National Distribution Centre, you will deliver and install equipment to hospitals and healthcare facilities across Sydney.

This is a hands-on, on-the-road role where you will be responsible for delivering, installing and collecting essential healthcare equipment, ensuring a high level of service to hospitals.

This role operates on a rotating roster, with standard shifts of 9:00am – 5:00pm and one week per month of 1:00pm – 9:00pm shifts. You will also be required to work 2 out of 4 weekends per month.

You will also be provided with a tablet to manage your daily schedule, log jobs, and communicate updates in real-time, so confidence using technology is essential.

• Load and unload your vehicle at the start and end of each day

• Deliver and install pressure care equipment (e.g. mattresses) within set timeframes

• Collect equipment from hospitals and healthcare facilities

• Accurately log jobs, updates and notes using a company-issued tablet

• Communicate effectively with nurses, patients and hospital staff

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with ILS expectations

• Professional, friendly and able to build strong relationships with customers

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Confident using technology, including tablets or mobile devices to manage jobs

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• A current Driver’s Licence (full licence required – no L/P plates)

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Ability to meet immunisation requirements

• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (3 doses)
