Urgently seeking for Consultant Psychiatrist – Forensics | Risdon Vale (Greater Hobart) | TAS

Rate:   $3,000 per day (24-hour period)
           Oncall $140 per shift
           Callback $300 per hour (only payable on non-rostered work days)
Dates: 28 September until 29 October 2026

Risdon Vale is a suburb in Greater Hobart, Tasmania, and is home to Tasmania’s principal maximum-security correctional facility, the Risdon Prison Complex. The Forensic Psychiatry role provides an opportunity to work within a specialised correctional mental health setting, supporting patients with complex psychiatric and forensic needs. This is a great opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist interested in forensic psychiatry and multidisciplinary care within a secure environment.
