Purpose of the Position:

The position is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in the areas of internal and external correspondence, communications, records and reports, travel, meetings, and appointments.

Responsibilities include: 

• Assist in client liaison and management responsibilities
• Assist in event management planning and implementation
• Prepare correspondence, sales presentations, financial and other reports & documents, as required
• Pro-actively manage Expense Recording, Diary Management, Travel Management, Company Governance matters
• Liaise with colleagues in different business units and assist with corporate administration matters
• Follow-up of requests for information, action, and feedback on certain matters
• Maintain office procedures in a professional manner
• Update Work in Progress Reports and CRM on weekly basis
• Manage and respond to (where appropriate) internal (including global) requests for information.

Skills, Knowledge, Competencies:

• 4-5 years prior experience in a similar corporate assistant role
• Advanced PC skills, specifically MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
• Ability to honour confidentiality of information
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and time-management practices
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with company stakeholders, including but not limited to government organizations and corporate clients in a responsible manner
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task
• Experience with AI tools and online database management is valuable but not essential.
