Strata Cleaning Specialist

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of several strata properties. You will generally work independently and will be trusted to manage your allocated properties to the required standard.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning common areas and shared spaces

• Sweeping and blowing carparks and surrounding areas

• Removing leaves and general debris

• Basic weed control when required.

• Reporting any maintenance, damage or presentation issues

• Manage weekly bin cycle

• Ensuring each property is presented to a high standard

• Taking photos and providing completion updates when required

About you

• Is reliable and punctual

• Takes pride in their work

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Can work independently without constant supervision

• Is physically capable of outdoor cleaning and carpark work

• Has a professional and friendly manner

• Has reliable transport

• Is comfortable working around strata apartment buildings and common areas

• Has previous commercial, strata or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
