Administration Assistant (White Rock Campus Secondary)

Fixed Term Full Time, Term Time Position (Term 4, 2026 Only)

About the Role

In this role, the successful applicant will:

• Be the first point of contact for visitors, students, families and staff
• Answer and direct phone enquiries while providing exceptional customer service
• Manage student attendance processes across the School, including recording absences and maintaining attendance records
• Coordinate student sign-in and sign-out movements and assist with attendance communications
• Maintain reception, student records and key administrative systems
• Support school operations through data entry, database management and administrative assistance
• Provide First Aid support through the sick bay, including maintaining records and first aid supplies
• Respond to enquiries from staff, students and parents in a professional and helpful manner
• Assist with a variety of operational and administrative activities that support the smooth running of the School

You Will Also Bring

• Experience in an administration role, preferably within a school environment
• Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience working with databases and electronic record systems

• Blue Card suitability
