The Role

Our Front of House team members are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for delivering a refined, seamless dining experience across our varied portfolio of premium restaurants and bars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elite Service: Deliver professional table service with a focus on Japanese hospitality standards (Omotenashi).

• Guest Experience: Create memorable moments for a diverse range of guests, from CBD corporates to fine-dining enthusiasts.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with venue managers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

• Standard Excellence: Maintain high levels of venue presentation and adhere to all food safety and NSW RSA regulations.

About You

You are a hospitality enthusiast who takes pride in your presentation and your ability to engage guests with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Previous experience in a premium restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment is highly regarded.

• Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset and a genuine interest in Japanese culinary culture.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Compliance: A valid NSW RSA Competency Card is mandatory.

• Availability: Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
