The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a Defence program team based in Canberra. This is a great opportunity for a scheduling professional to take ownership of project schedules, reporting and planning across a complex, multi-project environment.You'll work closely with project leadership and the wider delivery team, keeping schedules accurate, risks visible and reporting on track month to month.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and monitor project schedules using Open Plan Professional (OPP)Coordinate and support monthly project reporting across the teamEstablish and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and supporting documentationIdentify and communicate schedule risks to project leadershipSupport planning and baselining activities for projects moving through approval
RequiredCurrent NV1 security clearance (minimum)Senior scheduling experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)Demonstrated scheduling experience on major projectsAbility to work onsite in Canberra a minimum of 3 days per week after an initial period of 6 month onsite full timePrevious experience in a Defence project environment (highly regarded)
