The Goodies is a growing hospitality group founded by Nathan & Sali Sasi and Morgan McGlone, known for thoughtful food, generous and warm service, and neighbourhood-driven hospitality. Our venues include

• La Buvette (Potts Point) — our newest wine bar, in the heart of Potts Point and inspired by the wine bars and bistro's of Paris

• Bar Copains (Surry Hills) — a one-hatted, friendly neighbourhood wine bar celebrating friendship and French bistro charm

• Bessie's (Surry Hills) — a one-hatted Mediterranean wood-fire restaurant built on Food, Fire + Friends

• Alma's (Surry Hills) — a cocktail bar within Bessie's, focused on the classics and good times

• Vin-Cenzo's (Darlinghurst) — a two-hatted Italian restauran

The Role

We're looking for bartenders and all-rounders to join the team, with openings across our venues. Our bar teams drive product knowledge and keep pace on dispense, all while delivering standout hospitality to guests seated at the bar

• Warm, genuine, effortless hospitality — and the ability to have fun delivering it, every service

• A knack for building real connections with guests, making them feel like the place is theirs

• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails, executed to a high level under pressure

• Solid wine fundamentals, or a genuine drive to learn

• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Real input into the creative direction of our bar programs
