Casual Cafe All Rounder/Barista

Core Coffee & Co is a busy drive-thru coffee shop located in Dandenong South trading Monday to Friday 4:30am - 10:30am & Saturday 6am - 12pm looking for a reliable, energetic and friendly Casual Cafe All Rounder to join our growing team.

If you love early mornings, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on providing great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a casual position with weekday and Saturday Shifts available.

Hours may include:

Early morning starts from 4am

Weekday Shifts

Saturday Shifts

Opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages

Taking customer orders and processing payments

Food preparation and cabinet presentation

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Delivering exception customer service

Supporting the team during busy morning rushes

EXPERIENCE

Previous cafe, hospitatlity or customer service experience is preferred but not essential

Barista experience is highly regarded, however training can be provided for the right person
