Pipefitters - Ampol Lytton Turnaround

Wood delivers maintenance and turnaround services for the Ampol Lytton Refinery and is seeking experienced Pipefitters for the current Shutdown. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team working on a major refinery event, expected to run until early October.

This short-term role offers strong EBA benefits and excellent rates. Penalty rates apply. 

You must be available immediately for Wood a medical.

This is a Brisbane-based role.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Pipe Fitting-Carbon Steel experience required

• Pipefitters must be able to read isometric drawings

• You will have proven maintenance experience in heavy industry environments, with a strong preference being for Oil & Gas backgrounds

• Previous Shutdown/T&I experience is a definite advantage

• Trade qualified and working within a heavy industry environment for at least 5 years

• You must have in-date current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets to work on the Shutdown

• Must be available to pass a Wood medical and provide the required certificates, safety tickets and driver’s licence to MyPass.
